Pledge Terms and Conditions

When you make your pledge, please specify the names as you wish them to appear, or you can choose to donate anonymously.

We reserve the right to decline any pledges for names that we consider inappropriate.

Your pledge is an expression of intent to donate at least the specified amount. If you are unable to donate the specified amount then, unfortunately, your chosen names cannot be displayed.

Please donate more than the specified amount if you are able.

Provided your donation is received by 1st April 2023, we aim to have your chosen names displayed by the formal opening ceremony.

We may adjust the size, materials and spacing of displayed names depending on the number of pledges made.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any choice in the positioning of your chosen names.

We will comply with any formal request by Hardwick Parish Council to remove your chosen names if the Council believes your chosen names risk reputational damage to the Parish.
